While I understand that life gets complicated and busy, cancellation policies are important to ensure a better overall experience. My policies are as follows:
-If you need to reschedule more than 24 hours in advance: You can do so once without losing your deposit.
-If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance: You lose your deposit.
Please note, all deposits are non-refundable except when your appointment is cancelled by me due to unforeseen circumstances.
